Perfect location, super clean, master bed is really comfortable, two twin beds and children books were perfect for our kids, Sonos system for background listening, and easy entering and exiting instructions. Highly recommend!

Wilson's place exceeded our expectations.
Close to the square, restaurants and other attractions. We walked everywhere! Everything is a 2-5 minute walk. Lots of nice shops and restaurants on Marcy Street. The spacious home is very well appointed with phenomenal art work, books, lighting, surround sound and comfy furnishings. This was much nicer than any of the hotels that we have stayed at in Santa Fe. The kitchen had everything and more that we needed including Beautiful stainless appliances! Our teens thought that this was by far one of the coolest places they've ever stayed at. We loved sitting on the large front porch and watching the sunset. Thanks for a fantastic stay Wilson! We will be back!

This former art gallery is so special- from the excellent location to the warm and welcoming space- it exceeded our expectations! The host was the most responsive I’ve ever worked with and helped us with several important details so the trip was fun and effortless. There was room for the 10 friends and family staying nearby to come over and walk downtown - or have a glass of wine - together. The patio is large and lovely, too and the kitchen is well stocked with great amenities. The beds and rooms were comfortable and having one bathroom was no problem. The Sonos sound system throughout was one of our favorite aspects. The host put in the extra effort and special touches that made us feel like VIPs!!! Wow, just wow- we made great memories for a lifetime at the Verve :D

Wilson was the perfect host! The home was even better than we had anticipated. The location was perfect and we so appreciated being able to walk literally anywhere! The house was well equipped with new appliances; we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, chocolates and coffee beans for morning coffee! There were pamphlets in the home for tips on all things Santa Fe - i would highly recommend this home if you are considering a trip to Santa Fe!

Rent this place!! You will not be disappointed!! You will have your own parking right at your door and can lock your car up and walk to the plaza and most anywhere. The place is so clean and tastefully done. It is a former gallery and a fine one it must have been. Upon our arrival, we had fresh flowers, wine, champagne, chocolates and fresh fruit in the kitchen. We were celebrating a special occasion and Wilson made sure to make it more special by leaving a note and these things for us to enjoy. Extremely clean, very well laid out and very roomy. Anything and everything you will need for your stay in Santa Fe is right here!! We took our pups along and they were welcomed as much as we were. There is a park 50 feet away to walk them. There is a massage place two doors down! The beds are comfortable, music surround throughout the house, heavenly robes and a fully stocked kitchen. We didn’t want to leave. Anytime we visit Santa Fe, we will look for availability here. Wilson’s hospitality is top notch and he will make sure you are enjoying your stay and available to answer any questions! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Well-maintained property in the heart of Santa Fe.
My husband and I just completed a two week stay at this property, a former art gallery with very interesting pieces still on the walls. It is quite large, and could not be located in a better location for walking around Santa Fe. There is a large portal in front where we spent a lot of time enjoying meals and wine, plus people watching. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics should you decide to cook at home. Quiet and peaceful inside. Our host is local and was very responsive to any questions we had, and even left some nice extra goodies for us since we were staying for 14 days . There is a small, pleasant park half a block away where we were able to take our dog. A great place to stay when in Santa Fe.

Verve Abode, a former fine art gallery, is situated in the very heart of downtown Santa Fe. It offers off-street parking. As the city became more and more crowded for the summer tourist season street parking became problematic. The abode’s location and parking made for an easy unencumbered week of forsaking our rental car immediately behind our lodging and not searching for parking spaces, fearing expired meters and being bound by artificial timetables. At the same time, our home was an easy walk to a favorite destination whether museum, gallery, shop or restaurant. The gallery’s floor is a single elevation making adjusting to the site easy. The interior walls are decorated with a fascinating collection of fine art photographic images. Its contemporary furnishings make for a quiet, stylishly comfortable and relaxing domicile. The owners have provided the latest technology: Wifi, Sonos Google music, TVs, etc. making it easy to relax comfortably or to carve out a time to address an issue at a comfortable desk well suited to finish out a task. The rental unit was spotless with all the necessary accouterments. There were ample supplies of sheets, towels, paper, etc. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Wilson’s home is so cool and unique - we loved the open design. Fast WiFi, clean, a quick walk to downtown, and big enough to hold meetings (we were in town for a conference). Incredibly reasonable price too! Will absolutely be back next time I’m in Santa Fe.

Our stay at Verve...Abode from May 29 to June 1, 2019, was unique and enjoyable experience. The vacation rental has a large master bedroom and spacious second bedroom. The open living areas display fine art with modern touches such as high quality music and sound system and comfortable seating areas for television viewing or relaxing with a book. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with stainless appliances and a breakfast nook made for having morning coffee. The outside veranda provided comfortable seating with views of the bustling downtown area. Located within walking distance of the historic Santa Fe Plaza, provides easy access to restaurants, museums and jewelry stores. This is truly a five star vacation rental.
